Why am I not surprised that the Kenyan Attorney General’s office did not find the culprits that made the printing error on the draft constitution.Actually the manufactured insertion National Security.I find it hard to believe that one person was able to insert the words National Security in the draft constitution. It seems to me it was more than one person that was involved but I guess it is better to get one person than no one.
